About Us
Formerly the Roll’n Roadhouse Grill… the newly branded “Carlos & Jimmy’s” food trailer was started by Jim Rowe & Carlos Monterroza Lopez in the Spring of 2022. Jim opened his first restaurant in Ellensburg (Wing Central) in 2002 and has since worked to create something amazing. With 5 restaurant locations throughout Ellensburg, Jim’s mission is to provide delicious food to guests and support to his local community.
Carlos has been a friend and colleague of Jim’s for many years and is excited to get started in the food truck business. They will offer a variety of foods and beverages ranging from classic comfort foods to Mexican and coastal flavors.
